Return & Exchange


Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your products. After 14 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement or refund for any reason.

If buyers request product return for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects or damaged caused by shipping carrier, buyers are entitled to request for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

To complete your return, we require you provide below details via email to us

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your order number
  • The matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/defective item by us or shipping carrier).
  • Pictures or videos, whichever applicable to prove defects. If damage is caused by shipping carrier, we also need you to show pictures of shipping box
  • Tell us you want a replacement or refund

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your original payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially back to your original method of payment.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with details provided according to our instructions above.
